Product Description
This high-temperature elastomer foaming machine is a professional foaming and molding equipment independently developed by Haifeng Automation for high-temperature-resistant elastomer materials. The whole machine adopts a high-temperature-resistant design with excellent material adaptability and process flexibility. It achieves uniform material foaming through high-pressure turbulent mixing and multi-zone precise temperature control, ensuring stable and controllable finished product quality. The equipment can complete the foaming and molding of high-temperature-resistant silicone rubber, fluororubber, EPDM and other materials, and the produced products have outstanding heat resistance, elasticity and mechanical stability. With fully automated operation throughout the process, it greatly reduces manual intervention. Widely applicable to the automotive, aerospace, electronics, industrial sealing and other fields with high requirements for product high-temperature resistance, it is the core equipment for the large-scale production of high-end high-temperature elastomer foamed products.

Custom high-temperature-resistant design for the whole machine
Core components are made of high-temperature-resistant materials, matched with full-length high-temperature oil-jacketed heating pipelines and multi-zone independent temperature control modules, with a temperature control accuracy of ±1°C. It can stably adapt to the 200-400°C high-temperature foaming process and meet the processing requirements of various high-temperature-resistant elastomer materials.
High-pressure turbulent mixing technology
Equipped with a 15-25 MPa high-pressure mixing head, it realizes uniform fusion of raw materials through turbulent mixing, avoids foaming defects caused by uneven mixing, and ensures uniform foam structure and stable performance of finished products.
Flexible adaptation to multiple processes
Simultaneously supports two molding methods of mold foaming and continuous extrusion foaming, and the foam hardness can be flexibly adjusted by adjusting raw material ratios and foaming pressure, meeting diverse production and product performance requirements in one stop.
Full-process automated management and control
