This polyurethane raw material preheating oven is a professional temperature-controlled preheating equipment independently researched, developed and manufactured by Haifeng Automation, specially designed for the pre-process raw material preheating procedure in polyurethane production, and accurately adapted to 200kg standard specification polyurethane raw material containers in industrial production. Relying on precise temperature control and uniform heat flow distribution technology, the equipment can stably heat polyurethane raw materials to the ideal temperature required by the process, effectively optimize the chemical properties of raw materials, and improve their fluidity, adhesion and reaction stability in subsequent processes such as casting, foaming and molding. It ensures the structural uniformity, physical properties and batch consistency of polyurethane finished products from the source.
