Product Description
This low-pressure foaming machine is a highly adaptable production equipment independently developed by Haifeng Automation for the polyurethane foaming process. It is core-equipped with high-precision metering pumps and an advanced flow control system, which can accurately regulate the flow rate and mixing ratio of raw materials such as polyol and isocyanate with a metering accuracy of ±0.5%. Relying on the high-efficiency stirring and dispersing technology of the exclusive mixing head, the equipment achieves uniform mixing of raw materials. It operates at low pressure throughout the entire process with energy-saving advantages, and features easy operation and intelligent control.
