Our Haifeng HF-LPUC-G200 low-pressure polyurethane foaming machine is specially developed for OTR tire filling and rubber particle solid tire production. Application Scenarios
This machine is specially used for the production of OTR polyurethane + rubber particle solid tires.
It adopts a two-unit metering system, which directly extracts polyurethane raw materials from IBC tanks. Rubber particles are quantitatively fed by a 500L hopper and screw conveyor, pre-mixed with polyurethane at the front of the screw pump, and then injected into the tire mold for filling, venting and pressure curing.
